Returns and Refunds

1. Rendi
You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with the legislation on the right of withdrawal. To be suitable for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

– be in the same conditions in which it was received.
– be in the original packaging, with all the chairs and accessories included.
– do not fall among the products excluded from the right of return (for example customized or perishable items, if applicable).

2. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you via email about the outcome of the evaluation. If the return is approved, the reimbursement will be automatically processed and accredited using the same payment method used for purchase within 7-10 working days.

Please note that:

– Any original shipping costs are not refundable.

– The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

3. Incorrect products
If you have received a different product from the ordered one, contact us immediately at the lively area@gmail.com. In this case, the shipping costs for the return will be on us and we will send you a replacement product or to reimburse the amount paid, depending on your preference.

4. Exclusions
Some types of products cannot be returned, including:

– customized or customized products.
– Articles on balance or special promotions, unless otherwise indicated.
– Purchable products (if applicable).
