La Pilea Peperomioides commonly known as the Chinese money plant, it is an ornamental plant appreciated for the peculiar shape of its leaves and because it is very easy to grow and propagate. Pilea Peperomioides is a perennial succulent evergreen plant of the Urticaceae family originating from China, cultivated for ornamental purposes almost everywhere and normally reaches its maximum vigour after five years of life.
The plant will tend to droop its leaves when it requires water; despite being a succulent, it needs watering at least 3 times a week.
