La pianta di Nettarina (Pesco Noce cultivar) è un albero dai frutti di grosse dimensioni a maturazione molto tardiva, con buccia di colore giallo e sovraccolore rosso brillante, la polpa è gialla. La maturazione dei frutti avviene a metà Settembre. I frutti si consumano al naturale o per preparare succhi e frullati. Le Nettarine in cucina sono molto pratiche perché non richiedono di essere sbucciate e sono ideali per decorare torte e per creare dolci molto succosi.
