I frutti del Baby Gold 7 sono di dimensioni medio-grandi, con una forma rotonda e simmetrica. La buccia è di colore giallo brillante, con sovrapposizioni rosse sul lato esposto al sole, conferendo un aspetto attraente. La polpa è gialla, molto soda, compatta e non fibrosa, con un buon equilibrio tra zuccheri e acidi, che conferisce un sapore dolce e leggermente acidulo. Questa consistenza soda rende i frutti ideali per la trasformazione industriale, inclusa la produzione di conserve, marmellate e frutta sciroppata.
