The Nandina Domestica is a shrubby plant evergreen, widely used in America and Japan because it is said to bring good luck if planted in the garden.
In spring the leaves are bright green, in autumn coppery and in winter scarlet red.

The Spathiphyllum is a long-lived, undemanding plant native to Central and South America. The Greek name 'Spathiphyllum' means 'sword-shaped leaf', so it has taken on the meaning of defence and protection. A plant that does not need much care, keep it away from frost and excessive air dryness.
Flowering: Usually occurs from April/May to September/October on plants at least two years old. They produce star-shaped, waxy flowers about 1 cm in diameter with 5 petals.
They form umbrella-shaped clusters of 15-20 long-lasting small flowers (they can last all summer). They vary in colour from pink to yellow and are often very fragrant and rich in nectar.
