Piante di Siepe Cipresso Leylandii oltre 1,30 metri incluso il vaso, innestati con vaso 18, 2 anni di vita ben folti
Leyland cypress (Cupressocyparis leylandii or Cupressus leylandii) is a suitable plant for tall, narrow evergreen hedges. It can also be used for ornamental purposes as a single specimen, but it is commonly used to make barriers as it grows quickly and forms a very dense hedge in a short time, compared to other Conifers it does not cause major problems to pavements and walls with its roots.
The Cypress leylandii is a plant evergreen which withstands the marine climate and withstands air pollution well. Withstands harsh winters and has no special soil requirements. It tolerates pruning very well, so much so that the Leyland cypress is also often used in topiary. Small, woody, deep brown flowers appear in late winter.
Advice: plant one every 60 cm, not less, water frequently the first 2 years, in summer, from planting, plants in winter may be a few cm shorter. Avoid buying leylandii from cuttings from other nurseries, to save money you risk having plants susceptible to various diseases, which these grafted ones do not have.
