ll Cytisus Racemosus è un ibrido sempreverde che appartiene alla famiglia delle ginestre. Ha foglie di un verde delicato, ma la sua vera “forza” è nei fiori, che da aprile, maggio esplodono con un giallo intenso e che emana un delizioso profumo. La pianta per queste sue caratteristiche è molto apprezzata, non solo in giardino, ma anche in balcone e terrazzo, in vaso, dove ben si adatta a crescere. In vaso mantiene dimensioni relativamente piccole (altezza 50/60cm e larghezza fino ad un massimo di 30), contrariamente a quanto riesce a fare in piena terra dove arriva ad oltre 2 metri di altezza ed altrettanto di larghezza.
